What do you like best about Pendo? We track customer usage to help us determine which features to sunset or spend dev time on. They frequently add new features that are actually useful! Everyone at Pendo is awesome to work with - from the onboarding team to product support to account managers - everyone is truly a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of Pendo is awesome!

What do you like best about Pendo? They've got some great features which help with the customer to interaction + understanding the customer's experience with the app. The guides are very helpful and it's great that we can integrate those without much developer effort.

What do you like best about Pendo? The guide tool has been powerful in helping us to find gaps in our understanding of user perceptions. Originally we only planned on using the tool to replace some of our guides that have been hard-coded and were a pain to update.
