What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has been instrumental for us to understand the usage of our systems for both all of our users - internal and customers. We are able to see how different teams are leveraging new technology we've released, where people are getting stuck and features that aren't adopted. It helps us build better products.

What do you like best about Pendo? The guides are a great way for us to introduce updates to our network of coaches. Also, being able to see what type of device (Android or iOS) is super helpful when helping customers experiencing issues.
