What do you like best about Pendo? What I love the most about Pendo is its easy use. Intuitive. A big plus to measuring feature adoption is that, even if one forgets to track usage of something, Pendo has all the historical data. So in 2 or 3 clicks, one gets 180 days of historical use! It is great!

What do you like best about Pendo? LOVE the reporting capabilities! It's great to see usage time as well as usage data - where customers are spending the most/least time. It is helpful in identifying whether or not they will be successful or if they need additional guidance/outreach.
