What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is incredibly easy to get up and running. The initial set-up was straightforward and adding more tagging when required is quick and requires no Developer input.

What do you like best about Pendo? Before Pendo we had a hard time answering the following question: what reports/pages are our customers using? Now we can answer that question very easily and we can do so with a lot of data that is easy to find. It has helped our team understand how people are using our product so we can help customers and also make the product easier to use.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo allows us to have quick access to in-app user pathways. We can also easily format and feed users in-app messaging & guidance. Ease of access is HUGE, anyone in the user experience team or product team has user data points at their fingertips - enablement of data has been critical to our growth and UX maturity.

What do you like best about Pendo? The most helpful part of Pendo is the graphs displaying user usage over time. This data can be easily sliced and diced based on segments, filters, date ranges, etc.

I can see what areas they spend the most time in, what areas they don't, what features are important to particular users, such as management vs. non-management roles.
