I also like how you can group logins by customers to gain a holistic picture of what is happening across an account.

What do you like best about Pendo? Setting up features to track and segment users is simple and straightforward. Being able to see what users did before and after that action is key. Also the setup and implementation of guides and surveys is extremely easy.
