"Lightweight tool for moving fast to prototype and drive adoption"
What do you like best about Pendo? I think one of the best things about pendo is how quick it is to go from 0 to an answer or getting something in front of your customers. When I want a directional answer to a product usage question (who uses this feature), in under 10 minutes you can setup a track event and get a pretty directional answer and even some user emails to contact about it. There are some limitations here i'll get into, hence I say good for "directional" answers.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo UI and analytical reports are great and easy to use. It has a lot of different options to configure for Page Views, Feature tracking, and user guides etc..

What do you like best about Pendo? The page usage, feature usage tracking feature. I also like the ability to push notifications or short surveys to users using Pendo. I used Pendo to do several satisfaction surceys the past year.

What do you like best about Pendo? - Allows for decent product analysis, if your team is committed to adoption. - Tracks every click and pageview, so you can retroactively measure engagement. Tracks events if you feed them to Pendo.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love the ease of use. I don't have to run endless queries to find interesting trends or stats. I like the plethora of features, from pre-made dashboards to NPS to user feedback.
