"Pendo is the leading tool for application usage analytics"

What do you like best about Pendo? Guides are my favourite thing about Pendo. I havnt found another tool that can do this and saves me development costs integreting my own notifications, feedback polls, etc. The abilitity to set conditions and segment who and when they are seen is great. The fact that no code is required for guides is amazing.

"Good Value"

What do you like best about Pendo? The tool is simple to use and set up and support and education have been great as well. It's very convenient to have the click tracking data connected to the in-app messaging piece. As Pendo continues to add functionality like session replay, being able to tie this to the click path and page data will really strengthen their product offering.
