What do you like best about Pendo? Love Guides and how easy it is to set them up and view results. Also, like the ability to create a dashboard. Overall, it's pretty intuitive and easy to use for non technical folks.

What do you like best about Pendo? We use the product analytics (frequency of visits, length of time spent on pages, clicks on specific features) and the guides the most. The analytics help our Product team assess usage, and help our Customer Success team identify accounts that might not be getting the most out of the product. We use guides for everything from tooltips to feature announcements to multi-page tours of the product.

What do you like best about Pendo? The low-effort ability to track events on your website is unlike other tools I have worked with. After the initial setup via Google Tag Manager, the regular maintenance can easily fall on non-technical teams
