What do you like best about Pendo? The ability to hyper-target your users and either look at statistics or serve guides to a very specific group is a game changer. What do you like best about Pendo? I work in Product Marketing and I see much higher engagement in my customer webinars when I promote them in Product. It's also a great tool to drive registration for our User Conference. I love that you can upload images and logos to make the guide look polished and professional. I'm not a power user, but I use the guides

"Flexible and robust"
What do you like best about Pendo? Absolutely love the retroactive identification of interaction with tagged features. Products that I have used in the past require you to know what you want to track before you release, so the retroactive analysis is a huge change in effort.
