"Great for in-app guides and feedback collection"

What do you like best about Pendo? The ease of setting up comprehensive in-app guides without any coding involved - I can set up an interactive guide, target it to an element and launch it to either all users or a specific segment of users for a specific time frame in about 10 mins. I can then view stats on the views and usage of the guide. It's also quite easy to gather feedback from users in-platform, and directly connect it to Jira.

What do you like best about Pendo? Easy tracking, easy tagging (as long as your code is clean), great insights, NPS feature is fantastic, and guides are amazing.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo makes it very easy for a non-developer to tag and track product usage metrics, based on some basic knowledge of HTML. That capability has helped my team avoid several situations where we would have needed to spend developer time to instrument product tracking software - I was able to do it myself, freeing up their time for other things! What do you like best about Pendo? That I don't have to tag an item for it to be gathering data on it. You don't have to tag every single button on your site for it to be gathering intel. You can decide later, I want info on people selecting this button, and then add the tag then. It will give you all information on clicks and where people go before/after that button since the beginning (aka when Pendo was installed).
