I also love that we can understand usage through our tagged features and pages so that we can start to really understand user behavior and leverage that to make decisions instead of gut feelings!

What do you like best about Pendo? The tool is very easy to use and provides an amazing level of insight into how your users interact with pages and features within your product. A huge bonus is the ability to spring up in product guidance and contextual help for identified paint points without requiring development. They offer a lot of integrations with major productivity tools that make getting important information from Pendo into the hands of others very easy for us.
