What do you like best about Pendo? It's a powerful tool with limitless abilities for enhancing in-app user experiences. Tagging is easy and the heat map is a really neat feature. It's clear when you're in Pendo making changes and I like that you can move the location of the edit/nav bar.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like being able to access different domains in pendo and that I don't need to use developers to create a guide. I can easily work with PMs and PMMs to get out a urgent message.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the guide designer as it helps inform the user about new features without needing to get our Engineering department involved. I also like that tagging is retroactive, so even if we forget to tag something, the metrics are still available when we do end up tagging them.
