What do you like best about Pendo? Before Pendo we had a hard time answering the following question: what reports/pages are our customers using? Now we can answer that question very easily and we can do so with a lot of data that is easy to find. It has helped our team understand how people are using our product so we can help customers and also make the product easier to use.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is a great tool for product analytics as well as onboarding and in-app guidance. One of the best parts about Pendo is that tracking new pages or feature clicks will not just track moving forward in time, but retroactively since the SDK was installed on the website.
