What do you like best about Pendo? The guides are pretty good and it's very convenient that they are directly linked to the cohorts created and managed in the analytics side of the product.

What do you like best about Pendo? The tool is very easy to use and provides an amazing level of insight into how your users interact with pages and features within your product. A huge bonus is the ability to spring up in product guidance and contextual help for identified paint points without requiring development. They offer a lot of integrations with major productivity tools that make getting important information from Pendo into the hands of others very easy for us.

What do you like best about Pendo? I use dashboards, guides, and feedback the most. The design is sleek and the words are legible. The graphs in the dashboard are legible and sleek. The feedback section is particularly useful and organization by and toggling of status is useful and intuitive for each piece of feedback.

What do you like best about Pendo? I really like the ability to view paths, seeing how and where users are getting to certain pages on the software. I also like the Data Explorer which helps make reporting easy for exec calls, Product Manager reports and so on.

What do you like best about Pendo? It's a powerful tool with limitless abilities for enhancing in-app user experiences. Tagging is easy and the heat map is a really neat feature. It's clear when you're in Pendo making changes and I like that you can move the location of the edit/nav bar.
