"Great experience"
What do you like best about Pendo? The Pendo interface is very easy to use and intuitive. I typically can find exactly what I'm looking for, and the data is easy to consume right out of the gate. I also appreciate how responsive Pendo is to the feedback tool in the Pendo UI - it's easy to find requests that are already submitted and to see their current status.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo gives us many options to engage our users and increase the adoption of new features. The Pendo team is very responsive for questions and their help articles are very useful.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has been instrumental for us to understand the usage of our systems for both all of our users - internal and customers. We are able to see how different teams are leveraging new technology we've released, where people are getting stuck and features that aren't adopted. It helps us build better products.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo offers easy-to-use interfaces for creating guides. Dashboards are easy to set up. Saves time having to create custom modals for new apps. Non tech users can manage their own guides.

What do you like best about Pendo? The tool is very easy to use and provides an amazing level of insight into how your users interact with pages and features within your product. A huge bonus is the ability to spring up in product guidance and contextual help for identified paint points without requiring development. They offer a lot of integrations with major productivity tools that make getting important information from Pendo into the hands of others very easy for us.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being able to instantly add quick surveys through guides lets us instantly get qualitative and quantitative feedback from our users. I also love that we can understand usage through our tagged features and pages so that we can start to really understand user behavior and leverage that to make decisions instead of gut feelings!
