What do you like best about Pendo? The Pendo interface is very easy to use and intuitive. I typically can find exactly what I'm looking for, and the data is easy to consume right out of the gate. I also appreciate how responsive Pendo is to the feedback tool in the Pendo UI - it's easy to find requests that are already submitted and to see their current status.

A huge bonus is the ability to spring up in product guidance and contextual help for identified paint points without requiring development. They offer a lot of integrations with major productivity tools that make getting important information from Pendo into the hands of others very easy for us.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being able to instantly add quick surveys through guides lets us instantly get qualitative and quantitative feedback from our users. I also love that we can understand usage through our tagged features and pages so that we can start to really understand user behavior and leverage that to make decisions instead of gut feelings!
