It is a feature packed platform I use on a daily basis for my personal and organizational product analytics and testing the user experience of our applications before they are rolled out to a larger audience. What do you like best about Pendo? The synergy between the Pendo suite of solutions. They also have an expansive library of articles, forums, videos, and frequent webinars to help us make the most of their tools.

What do you like best about Pendo? The in-app NPS Survey feature helps get timely feedback from the customers. This further helps in identifying any issues with the product experience / implementation experience.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the simplicity with which all user actions are captured with limited impact on our development team. The ability to generate reports, create user segments, and understand user workflows enables our Analytics team to make product decisinos easily.

What do you like best about Pendo? Guides are my favourite thing about Pendo. I havnt found another tool that can do this and saves me development costs integreting my own notifications, feedback polls, etc. The abilitity to set conditions and segment who and when they are seen is great. The fact that no code is required for guides is amazing.

What do you like best about Pendo? The tool is simple to use and set up and support and education have been great as well. It's very convenient to have the click tracking data connected to the in-app messaging piece. As Pendo continues to add functionality like session replay, being able to tie this to the click path and page data will really strengthen their product offering.
