"Pendo has been such a great help in managing my clients!"
What do you like best about Pendo? The graphics and individual data it collects on my clients. I'm able to see how their team usage is for my company's CRM & their individual metrics. Wouldn't be able to hold my client's accountable without it.

What do you like best about Pendo? Built-in templates and custom code abilities: Pendo offers a variety of built-in features to help when building in-product communication such as survey functionality. If the provided features don't meet your needs, they also offer the ability to add custom code. This means that you can design pretty much anything with the tool! With a mix of built-in functionality and custom code, we've been able to leverage Pendo for a variety of use cases.

What do you like best about Pendo? My top two used and loved areas are: - That I can tag features and get almost instant insights into usage. When I need to quickly verify stats on a feature - this is absolute gold!

What do you like best about Pendo? While Pendo is not the best in each individual category, it hits the sweet spot of competently delivering product analytics, guides, surveys, and announcements.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo Guides are the most useful tool for customer communications - conversion of these messages are much better than emails or newsletters in general

What do you like best about Pendo? Interface: I like how everything is organized and looks really clean. Dashboard: the colors and shapes of users are amazing, and metrics look fantastic in Pendo. I always use them in my presentations for my team

What do you like best about Pendo? The control over the in-app messaging is very powerful. The ability to send exactly what you envisioned is great and the reporting afterwards is granular to a level you need.
