What do you like best about Pendo? The graphics and individual data it collects on my clients. I'm able to see how their team usage is for my company's CRM & their individual metrics. Wouldn't be able to hold my client's accountable without it.

If the provided features don't meet your needs, they also offer the ability to add custom code. This means that you can design pretty much anything with the tool! With a mix of built-in functionality and custom code, we've been able to leverage Pendo for a variety of use cases.

What do you like best about Pendo? While Pendo is not the best in each individual category, it hits the sweet spot of competently delivering product analytics, guides, surveys, and announcements.
