What do you like best about Pendo? The best part about Pendo is being able to release customer-facing onboarding, tooltips, and education without needing your product or engineering teams! (once implemented). Along with this, the customer usage data you receive is incredibly robust, and can be used for everything from an account review to building your own customer health score from scratch.

"Amazing Customer Insights Tool"
What do you like best about Pendo? Love the segmentation, the deep customer insights and the intuitiveness of the UI of Pendo. I also really like the Web Page and Feature tagging experience, it makes it super easy for non-technical taggers.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is a very good clickstream tool and easy to use. Dashboard creation is very intuitive and very easy to share across organization. I find this tool very intuitive and a very usefull for organization that want to measure metrics like NPS and PES.
