What do you like best about Pendo? The most useful feature of pendo is the reports that can be created using paths and funnels. They are useful to track users for a specific flow getting the accurate success and failure percentage among all the users that going through. The dashboard gives lot of other informations based on visitor frequencies and browser related. The other one is the Track Events. Adding track events is necessary to be get a more accurate data on the user behaviour.

What do you like best about Pendo? Love the sheer volume and quality of best practices, help, and support available in the Support Library, via Support staff, and frequent webinars. There's almost too much functionality sometimes to know how to utilize it in the best possible way so providing "playbooks" and ideas is critical.

What do you like best about Pendo? My team uses pendo to build in product guides (upsell messages) - they make it really easy to build templated guides as well as to figure out which pages in your product get the most views.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to make guides and test onboarding flows. Management of these guides is relatively simple. NPS is a helpful little data point to look at.
