What do you like best about Pendo? I love how user friendly Pendo is and the amount of tools and customization it offers for our business needs. What do you dislike about Pendo?

What do you like best about Pendo? The best part about Pendo is being able to release customer-facing onboarding, tooltips, and education without needing your product or engineering teams! (once implemented). Along with this, the customer usage data you receive is incredibly robust, and can be used for everything from an account review to building your own customer health score from scratch.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo Guides are my favourite. You can use them for doing in-app surveys, feature announcements, and many other scenarios.

What do you like best about Pendo? As a CSM, I utilize this monthly to check on my clients and how often they're accessing our website. Also great for seeing what features they're not even trying. An absolute must to help keep clients from churning (if they're not using it, they're not going to renew).

It is a great tool to support a company's transition into being product-led. I love that Pendo's customer service team provides so many resources and really cares about their clients success.
