"Amazing platform that covers so many use cases for Customer Success!"

What do you like best about Pendo? The best part about Pendo is being able to release customer-facing onboarding, tooltips, and education without needing your product or engineering teams! (once implemented). Along with this, the customer usage data you receive is incredibly robust, and can be used for everything from an account review to building your own customer health score from scratch.

"Necessary information for maintaining your clients"

What do you like best about Pendo? As a CSM, I utilize this monthly to check on my clients and how often they're accessing our website. Also great for seeing what features they're not even trying. An absolute must to help keep clients from churning (if they're not using it, they're not going to renew).

It is a great tool to support a company's transition into being product-led. I love that Pendo's customer service team provides so many resources and really cares about their clients success.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love that I can better understand what my accounts are doing and how much time they spend on our site. I often utilize this information to gauge how engaged my users are, and more often than not, the usage tells a story and helps me cater to my client's needs.
