"Quick and Easy tool to capture Product Improvements"

What do you like best about Pendo? The tool is easy to use, no complexity involve in the usage which makes it easy for any user to adopt on the go. The explicit Upvoting feature is another one which makes it easier to gauge the demand easily.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to tag features and pages on web and get insights into how people are using our products. We have also been able to build out an entire product education ecosystem because of Pendo. We of course are able to communicate what's new in the product, but we also have all our help articles, training videos, and live chat (via Intercom) integrated into the Resource Center.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to make guides and test onboarding flows. Management of these guides is relatively simple. NPS is a helpful little data point to look at.

What do you like best about Pendo? My team uses pendo to build in product guides (upsell messages) - they make it really easy to build templated guides as well as to figure out which pages in your product get the most views.
