What do you like best about Pendo? The most useful feature of pendo is the reports that can be created using paths and funnels. They are useful to track users for a specific flow getting the accurate success and failure percentage among all the users that going through. The dashboard gives lot of other informations based on visitor frequencies and browser related. The other one is the Track Events. Adding track events is necessary to be get a more accurate data on the user behaviour.

What do you like best about Pendo? We previously switched from another similar offering that was not very user-friendly and difficult to manipulate. Pendo is very easy to get summary information and to quickly launch/edit workflows.

There's almost too much functionality sometimes to know how to utilize it in the best possible way so providing "playbooks" and ideas is critical.
