"A powerful way to drive and measure product adoption, but needs a few improvements"

What do you like best about Pendo? The best thing about Pendo is the variety of what you can accomplish. I can publish promotional and instructional guides, distribute feedback surveys, measure the impact of a feature (using Segment events), and track core product KPIs. It's really a great option for product teams of our size to do so much in one place.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is very easy to use. I got up and running using Pendo, and became a power user in such a very short time. Usability is way better than its competitors.
