Pendo has given us a suite of tools that make in-app messaging like onboarding guides, NPS surveys, and other feedback-gathering tools very easy to set up and deploy. We have a lot of options around where and how to display various messaging, and we have a lot of control over who should see different messages, as well as where and when they should display. What do you like best about Pendo? The best thing about Pendo is the variety of what you can accomplish. I can publish promotional and instructional guides, distribute feedback surveys, measure the impact of a feature (using Segment events), and track core product KPIs. It's really a great option for product teams of our size to do so much in one place.
