"Good service for in-app messaging and getting better"

What do you like best about Pendo? I like being able to add documentation (guides) on top of the application without having to send it to a development team and wait for an official release of the application for the content to appear. I'm in total control.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the flexibility of the system. Track user's interactions in the system are so easy, tagging products and seeing how many users interact, to see how many visitors a specific page has. Those are resources and data we consult on a daily basis

What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to create dashboards, detailed raw-data reports, and to "slice & dice" the data into different segments, time periods, etc. It's got a simple, intuitive user interface to create powerful reports that drive actionable decisions.

What do you like best about Pendo? Very widespread in terms of breadth of functionality - many different features that touch many areas including product insights, guides, and feedback. The segmentation tools are excellent.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has a very strong feature set based on CSS selectors. The telemetry in the backend has been incredibly helpful in allowing us to make data-led decisions.

What do you like best about Pendo? Very user-friendly. I was very independent on the platform very fast with little to no technical knowledge needed. Tracking events, segmenting & creating guides was easy. Its ease makes it a pleasure to use. The team at Pendo is also very responsive and ready to help when needed.
