What do you like best about Pendo? The feature that we like most at the team is the ability to quickly tag our new features and create useful guides in minutes for our users. The analytics are easy to understand the CSV exports are excellent.

What do you like best about Pendo? I really appreciate that I can create a guide based on a template, to be able to conduct user experience research surveys. Even without having to code, it's easy to make something that looks presentable, asks point-in-time questions, and where we gain valuable insights.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being able to push in-app messaging to customers is extremely useful for lifecycle marketing. I also like being able to look at product usage metrics.

What do you like best about Pendo? The layout of the information makes it a easy to track the features/pages specific to your needs. I like that you can export the results in easy to read formats. I think it's not *as good* as Fullstory or HotJar for the depth of features offered for tracking features.
