"Really good Product Management platform"

What do you like best about Pendo? Centralized information about customers behaviou and pNPS, pNPS response category prediction engine. Really easy to use. I don't have much information about it, but should be easy to implement. Customer support was ok when I needed. I've been using in a weekly basis, sometimes daily.
