What do you like best about Pendo? I love the resource center and ability to houes resources in one place for our customers (like knowledge base, support tickets, chat, custom modules, etc..)

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is such a seamless tool; it integrates within platforms and systems easily and is never an intrusive experience for users. The look and feel of the tool can be customized to be incredibly native to wherever it's used, so it looks like your own proprietary product almost always!

What do you like best about Pendo? Our team loves the simplicity of the dashboard. Administering NPS was easy and intuitive to track results. Pendo customer support has been fast and reliable. We haven't used a competitor but don't imagine going anywhere else!

What do you like best about Pendo? It's a great product analytics tool with Cohorts based analytics, Trigger-based actions and Good guides to support. But with major things missing such as In-app Communication, recording full fledged account level details
