What do you like best about Pendo? We've been using Pendo for the last 4 years and I just love the overall product. It does everything it claims to do, and more. My favorite is the retroactive analytics. Forget to tag something? Tag it now and Pendo will go back to when the snippet was first added to the page.

Consolidation of feedback across multiple channels, connecting that to in-app guides with in-depth analysis of what works, and - my personal favorite - the automated insight into which features are the most valuable based on number of users requesting it, their priority of their requests, whether they are active or inactive, etc.

We'd initially planned to build in our own capabilities via Azure, but it would have meant sacrificing developer time to do so. Installing Pendo was quick and easy. What do you like best about Pendo? There are so many analytics and it's so easy for us to track different groups of users and usage on very specific features on our website. The ability to customize a dashboard and create very specific page rules is helpful.
