What do you like best about Pendo? The tagging functionality for Pages and Features is rather straightforward and doesn't require a whole lot of knowledge. I also love the fact that if you tag something at a certain time, all the historical analytics will be crunched when you enable it - you're not loosing history

"Beyond Insightful analysis of your user interaction"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo does provide insights into user interaction of all the features even though its not tagged. The in-app guides makes it easy for us to provide urgent and regular guidance to our users.

What do you like best about Pendo? I find Pendo useful for pulling usage data quickly. Being able to export that and get it to customers is a huge help. What do you dislike about Pendo?

"Pendo is excellent for product teams"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo tracks everything within your app from the moment you install it. Regardless of how organized and rigorous you are at tagging certain pages or features, those interactions are being tracked. You can see historical data for things you didn't know you needed to measure.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is quite intuitive even for non admin. It is extremely powerful to show detailed insights on product usage. What do you dislike about Pendo?
