What do you like best about Pendo? It is nice that admins don't necessarily need to know how to code HTML to build Pendo guides. Our Customer Success teams can also get clear visibility into what feature adoption looks like across different segments of our customer base.

What do you like best about Pendo? I mostly enjoy the insights into what my clients are doing. I also like the flexibility to create my own trackers as well as in-app pop-ups for messaging or polling.

What do you like best about Pendo? The UI is easy to navigate and the features are great for what we are looking for to engage our customers. But the best is the team behind the software. I loved the onboarding and ongoing support from the Pendo account and customer success teams.

What do you like best about Pendo? The tagging functionality for Pages and Features is rather straightforward and doesn't require a whole lot of knowledge. I also love the fact that if you tag something at a certain time, all the historical analytics will be crunched when you enable it - you're not loosing history

What do you like best about Pendo? The tagging capabilities are excellent where there is an in-client tagger. I like how Pendo is very user-friendly, and you can relatively decipher where you should go and how to get things done.
