What do you like best about Pendo? The best part of Pendo that we've found is the ability to go beyond just the analytics. We initially purchased it because it had product analytics and brought in NPS, whereas before, we were using two different platforms. Since then, we've been using the Guides a ton - they are a developer-free way to create alerts on the product, which has been invaluable to us since we are a small team and don't always want to draw on engineering resources for things ...

"No need to ask engineers to tag anything again, you can do it yourself"

What do you like best about Pendo? I don't need to ask engineering to tag content I can do it myself AND the data is backdated to when Pendo was installed. These two items alone give me ownership over the product analysis process and the flexibility to experiment fast.
