"Great tool to gather user interaction metrics"

What do you like best about Pendo? The user interaction events that Pendo gathers automatically as well as the simple API interface it provides to send custom events is great. Also, it is awesome to be able to pull those events in CSV format via API to run advanced analyses or download them directly from the dashboard.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being able to not only create flexible guides for users but also to check their impact and possible conversion makes it easy to improve your guides. Add the staging feature and you can work efficiently as a team.

What do you like best about Pendo? Our company loves sending out in-plat comms about new releases via Pendo Guides, they aren't the most user-friendly and we'll have hiccups every once in a while but it's better than the other options we'd have.
