"Great way to communicate in-platform with good built-in dashboarding options"

What do you like best about Pendo? Our company loves sending out in-plat comms about new releases via Pendo Guides, they aren't the most user-friendly and we'll have hiccups every once in a while but it's better than the other options we'd have.

"Pendo gets it done"

What do you like best about Pendo? The NPS within Pendo has dramatically increased the number of respondents without negatively impacting our user experience due to the volume and frequency of interrupting pop-ups. Additionally, the integration with Zapier and the segment create within Pendo has allowed us to close the loop on our NPS respondents timely.

What do you like best about Pendo? The best feature about Pendo has been the constant collection of User clicks without the need to set up trackers via code. This enables us to tag the usage directly from the tool and start monitoring historic data without having to involve development teams.

"Best User experience"

What do you like best about Pendo? I like scheduling in-app messages/guides as the best feature. I also like how it is so easy to reset a user from a flow for testing purposes
