What do you like best about Pendo? I like how as a "Designer" Pendo has streamlined how I integrate analytics into my everyday work. I use pendo to collect user feedback, track flows and thus making the right experience decisions!

What do you like best about Pendo? Tagging workflows in funnels & paths is the most useful feature, seeing how many seconds it takes to complete a workflow. It's nice that they include guides with the same package as the behavior analytics.

What do you like best about Pendo? The user interaction events that Pendo gathers automatically as well as the simple API interface it provides to send custom events is great. Also, it is awesome to be able to pull those events in CSV format via API to run advanced analyses or download them directly from the dashboard.

What do you like best about Pendo? For me, the best thing is that I don't have to consume any dev resources when I want to find data and analytics. Working in a start up in growth mode, dev resource is precious, so the fact that I can simply open the Pendo Designer, and tag any features that I want to measure, is of great benefit. What do you like best about Pendo? Our company loves sending out in-plat comms about new releases via Pendo Guides, they aren't the most user-friendly and we'll have hiccups every once in a while but it's better than the other options we'd have.
