What do you like best about Pendo? I like scheduling in-app messages/guides as the best feature. I also like how it is so easy to reset a user from a flow for testing purposes

"Great interface and straightforward"
What do you like best about Pendo? Easy to use interface. I only deal with th 'guide' section, but it's pretty straightforward and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Segmenting audience is simple.

What do you like best about Pendo? The NPS within Pendo has dramatically increased the number of respondents without negatively impacting our user experience due to the volume and frequency of interrupting pop-ups. Additionally, the integration with Zapier and the segment create within Pendo has allowed us to close the loop on our NPS respondents timely.

"Extremely Intuitive and Easy to Setup and Configure"
What do you like best about Pendo? We had tried various user analytics tools in the past (Mixpanel, HotJar) but Pendo comes out head and shoulders both in core functionality, ease of configuration and how quickly you can get up and running and digging into insights.

What do you like best about Pendo? The ability to view insights retroactively on newly tagged features and pages is an excellent resource for historical data comparison and a real game-changer compared to other platforms. Tagging itself is intuitive and easy to learn, especially if you have any front-end web experience.
