"Pendo Review"
What do you like best about Pendo? For my team, it is not one feature that makes Pendo a helpful tool but, the thoughtfulness that has gone into Pendo as a whole. Features like retroactive analytics and experimentation are helpful. Still, without the tailored support from our TAM Richard Walter, who always goes above and beyond, or the attention to detail when building supporting features, you would not have the cohesive experience I have grown to expect from Pendo.

What do you like best about Pendo? The funnels are so useful to know how user behavior change once a feature is launch. To make a exactly measure between the steps of a task and how the users interact with the product.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to create guides and content. I also like the tools we have to make valuable guides to our users. The help engine on the Pendo website is excellent too.

"Easy to use Product Analytics"
What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to tag pages/features/events in Pendo without the need for engineering assistance or code deployments. Additionally, the fact that you can pull retroactive data for a newly tagged feature/page means you dont have to plan your tagging and analytics strategy from the get go but can do so ad hoc. What do you like best about Pendo? If as a PM I want to introduce new feature guides or feedback collection tools pendo is perfect tool. I can dynamically update it an instantly deploy it.

What do you like best about Pendo? For me, the best thing is that I don't have to consume any dev resources when I want to find data and analytics. Working in a start up in growth mode, dev resource is precious, so the fact that I can simply open the Pendo Designer, and tag any features that I want to measure, is of great benefit.
