What do you like best about Pendo? I like the control and customisation that Pendo gives us. With their suite of tools, we don't have to build a messaging system from scratch. It's easy to implement within our application. Our application needs a page interaction and tracking tool to help us with retention efforts. Additionally, we were planning to develop a support center in our application. The Pendo In-app guides was purchased to cut our development time and offer our users several self-help options.

"Good for self-starters, but not the partner you think you're getting"
What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is out-of-the-block _moderately easy_ to use. I wasn't expecting social media ease of use, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found that it wasn't far off. When I did get stuck - for the most part - Support was able to help (once I found the support tab). The website is intuitive. The words mean what you think they mean.
