What do you like best about Pendo? I love the voting system on product requests as well as the algorithm that suggest already similar requests that have been raised from other contributors.

What do you like best about Pendo? It is very easy to understand the user journey and how users are interacting with the product. The ability to tag pages and features at any time is fantastic, so we are not concerned about gaps in the data.

What do you like best about Pendo? The guides and segments. Being able to slice and dice customer data really helps us get meaningful feedback from the surveys we pose in-app.

What do you like best about Pendo? There's just so many great things to say about Pendo. For tracking product usage metrics, their product is second to none. Want to create in app help, guides, product tours, etc., they have that too. I'm always amazed at the flexibility and power of the product, even allowing you to use CSS, HTML, and Javascript.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like that I can easily include pop-us and guides to announce new feature launches in-app. It's also a great tool to do surveys and collect users' feedback.

What do you like best about Pendo? Getting user analytical data. I feel that Pendo advertises guides the most, but the baseline analytical data is so valuable for me. In theory, I can use it to see the impact of my recommended design changes, and to understand and uncover usability issues, and to back up my qualitative findings with quant. It's fun and fairly easy to use and jump in and play around. They also have a ton of customer success resources and I always get satisfying answers when ...

"Good product, missing some basic data visualization and management features"

What do you like best about Pendo? Embedded helper inside the console to easily tag features and pages - this is awesome. The features visualization, usage metrics, and build-in dashboards are great and helpful.
