"Made me excited about my job as a Product Owner!"

What do you like best about Pendo? I was a behavior analyst that relied heavily on data in my past career. I felt that before Pendo I had no insight into our customer's behaviors. Pendo is user friendly enough that someone that is still new to learning software and tech requirements can still use it functionality after a little training. I also love all of the different ways that messages can be used to solve a lot of problems we had before with customer communication.

"The Power of Pendo!"

What do you like best about Pendo? The power and usefulness of Pendo is unparalleled. I am able to collect sentiment and feedback data from highly targets groups of users while also being able to quickly deploy a system alert--all without the need of an engineer! Our ability to collect and respond to data his jumped by orders of magnitude, thanks to Pendo!

"Super powerful insights regarding your customers!"

What do you like best about Pendo? I absolutely love how user intuitive Pendo is to utilize. Without having to train our team up we were able to create some really great easy dashboards and start getting our CSMs valuable insights they didn't have before on their customer base. Additionally, it's allowed us to change roles & responsibilities a bit as it's now easier for a non-engineer to create pop-up & guide modals within our product.
