What do you like best about Pendo? Honetly, it's reputation as a tool to get certain things done. Aviods a lot of wheel spinning trying to pick something and instead just "get to work". Early stage software is hard, you can't always get everything in the product, for various reasons, and Pendo is a more than adaquete solve. In short, from alerting to new features, to training on lesser known ones, calling out user experience hightlights (or fixing shortcomings) ... it's a quick, easy, ...

What do you like best about Pendo? The power and usefulness of Pendo is unparalleled. I am able to collect sentiment and feedback data from highly targets groups of users while also being able to quickly deploy a system alert--all without the need of an engineer! Our ability to collect and respond to data his jumped by orders of magnitude, thanks to Pendo!

What do you like best about Pendo? love being able to go in and see specific client usage in our platform. Gives me insights as to what is a priority in their daily workflow needs. This allows me to really focus in on assisting with matters at hand as well as seeing what areas of the platform they are missing out on.

What do you like best about Pendo? I was a behavior analyst that relied heavily on data in my past career. I felt that before Pendo I had no insight into our customer's behaviors. Pendo is user friendly enough that someone that is still new to learning software and tech requirements can still use it functionality after a little training. I also love all of the different ways that messages can be used to solve a lot of problems we had before with customer communication.

What do you like best about Pendo? I appreciate that tags can be altered and added and still capture historic information. The ability to tag features is also fairly accurate. One feature that was missing was filters on dashboard. Initially we were cloning dashboard for different user segments but that is no longer required.

What do you like best about Pendo? It is a very comprehensive tool with lots of features to help you see if clients use your products, engage in new products and/or features, fill out surveys, click pop-ups, and to provide analytics on product usage.

What do you like best about Pendo? I absolutely love how user intuitive Pendo is to utilize. Without having to train our team up we were able to create some really great easy dashboards and start getting our CSMs valuable insights they didn't have before on their customer base. Additionally, it's allowed us to change roles & responsibilities a bit as it's now easier for a non-engineer to create pop-up & guide modals within our product.

What do you like best about Pendo? The most helpful thing about Pendo is that mutiple people can collaborate and work on something together. Pendo makes it easy for that to happen.
