What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo allows you to track customer visits and clicks on page elements, pages, or a set of pages. It's been very helpful to find out if customers are following the intended journey, and if not, where they are going astray. This has allowed my team to implement UX improvements quickly and easily. Many of the tracking features are passive; I can set up a guide or funnel and just wait for data to show up.

What do you like best about Pendo? The Pendo guides are easy to create, implement, track, and analyze. Allows us to use tooltips without getting engineering involved.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love the ability to have pre-built reports that get creative juices flowing and then be able to easily get the data out. One of my favorite features is the ability to automate outreach through zapier.
