"Help understand your customers' journey"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo allows you to track customer visits and clicks on page elements, pages, or a set of pages. It's been very helpful to find out if customers are following the intended journey, and if not, where they are going astray. This has allowed my team to implement UX improvements quickly and easily. Many of the tracking features are passive; I can set up a guide or funnel and just wait for data to show up.
