"One of the best ways to start conversations with customers"

What do you like best about Pendo? I use Pendo to write, design and deploy guides. This functionality works great. I also like being able to send out surveys to customers. The way Pendo works along with FullStory to give us a better picture of a user's journey is a great starting point for us to understand and improve their experience

What do you like best about Pendo? I love that the product team can independently release information and features without engineering help. This allows us to get out more MVPs faster and get the analytics we need to support our future work. We are also able to create great onboarding for users and keep them informed easily.
