Its very user-friendy and has segmentation capabilities, event tracking, and integration options (fullstory) that have empowered our small product team to make data driven decisions. "Great for user experience"
What do you like best about Pendo? I love that the product team can independently release information and features without engineering help. This allows us to get out more MVPs faster and get the analytics we need to support our future work. We are also able to create great onboarding for users and keep them informed easily.

What do you like best about Pendo? We got pendo to get insights into product usage and the ease of tagging features and pages. Its been invaluable in our product team to identify usage trends and get data to help make data-driven product decisions in our roadmap.
