"Excellent analytic tool for your product team"

What do you like best about Pendo? We moved from GA to Pendo and the team has been pleasantly surprised by Pendo. We love the way you can tag the URL and set a lot of complex rules to segment the data you need. The UI is clean and intuitive. Most of all, their support team is top of everything. I can submit a ticket and usually hear back from their support team within an hour or so.

What do you like best about Pendo? The interactive dashboard is fantastic! Pendo allows you to collect user info and data info in an easy to digest manner through their dashboard. This helps product analysts understand what's working and what's not and address accordingly. The UI is also well laid out and provides a clean and clear display that is easy to sue and navigate. Onboarding is intuitive

The main reason why we decided to adopt Pendo at MailUp Group is that it combines product analytics, in-app guides & Net Promoter Score tracking, all under one roof. That's unique and really useful. What do you like best about Pendo? I benefit from knowing the breakdown of product usage across different levels such as from an account and visitor perspective. Further, integration with Salesforce gives me a comprehensive understanding of the customer thru additional information. Also, I really like the path feature that visualizes customer paths
