What do you like best about Pendo? It is very easy to use and the documentation/youtube videos are a great way to get started. I like that it has website analytics, user feedback, and user onboarding all in 1 tool. You just identify what information or metadata you want to capture and then insert a Pendo snippet into your HTML templates. Within an hour, you'll start to see your dashboards fill up with data!
