What do you like best about Pendo? We use Pendo to collect feedback from our customers, and then share it with our teams. Pendo has made this process easy to do and much more efficient then our previous way of doing it. The time I personally spend collecting this feedback has decreased noticeably since using Pendo

What do you like best about Pendo? It is easy to get excited with any one component (product analytics, messaging, feedback collection, etc). But the value is truly in the integration of them all.

What do you like best about Pendo? In my role I give my customer assignments of what to complete during the implementation process and Pendo makes it easy for me to gauge their activity and identify where in our application they may be struggling and need support. I am able to suggest things in a manner that feels organic to the customer, as though I'm reading their minds, and steer them to success.
