"Well-designed production analytics and guidance"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo largely "just works" for our use case. We are able to get a lot of value out of product insights and customer messaging without a lot of painful configuration. The design is excellent and straightforward. It's been easy to onboard new users and have them get value out of Pendo with minimal training and setup.

What do you like best about Pendo? I really like the ability to track an item and see not only info from when I set the tracking, but also historic info. The guides and NPS are great but you are going to need to know a little html/css to get the most out of them.

In my role I give my customer assignments of what to complete during the implementation process and Pendo makes it easy for me to gauge their activity and identify where in our application they may be struggling and need support. I am able to suggest things in a manner that feels organic to the customer, as though I'm reading their minds, and steer them to success.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is a great tool that allows us to see how our customers are using our platform. We can easily pull data out of Pendo to analyze use and use Pendo's guide functionality to do in-app surveys.

What do you like best about Pendo? Implementing Pendo changed the way we viewed user interaction/sessions within our application. The insights we gain from Pendo are incredibly useful to understand user behavior. In addition, the ability to create essential walkthroughs and guides for our users helped in improving user education and adoption of features.
