What do you like best about Pendo? The design of the product is really intuitive. It took my Customer Success team less than a week to start using the system and feel confident navigating around. We really love how easy it is to send guides. Before we were using intercom to communication product updates but it isn't as effective as pendo guides.

What do you like best about Pendo? I really love Pendo because you can set up messages, guides, and click tracking without a developer. Another great value is the retro tracking - Pendo tracks every button and area prior to the user tagging that information, therefore you never lose data upon initial setup. Another reason I love Pendo is because of target messaging. This allows me to target research surveys to specific user behaviors and attributes.

What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to sent a message, segment and target users based on how we want to reach them. Doesn't require too much skill or any dev to get a message out there - previously this is something that would require several people and a lot of time to do. Pendo is also always adding new features and expanding what we can do. Also the NPS tool has been great for us!
