"Awesome tool for Product Analytics with minimum reliance on the dev team!"

What do you like best about Pendo? The fact that after the installation, I can use their User Interface to do all the taggings, report building, and building banners/pop-ups. It's an easy tool to learn and does most of what the analytics I need as a Product Manager

What do you like best about Pendo? Love being able to track features retroactively - saves us from having to instrument our product ahead of time. And being able to add targeted messaging in app on the fly is gold.

What do you like best about Pendo? I really like the ability to track an item and see not only info from when I set the tracking, but also historic info. The guides and NPS are great but you are going to need to know a little html/css to get the most out of them.
