"Pendo makes it easy to discover (and improve) how people use our software"

What do you like best about Pendo? As a startup, we're still learning some of the actions that predict customer retention. With Pendo, it's easy to retroactively define new funnels and new views as we analyze whether one part of the customer experience is critical or less important. That's because Pendo tracks everything without a ton of pre-planning.

"Wins on product data, room to grow on engagement"

What do you like best about Pendo? For us, Pendo has proven to be a huge resource for measuring product adoption. It's an easy way for us to capture product data and segment it by user or account. We've given our CS team access to track their own accounts but also push Pendo data into other platforms like Domo and Salesforce.

"Best Product Analytics tool out there! "

What do you like best about Pendo? I really love Pendo because you can set up messages, guides, and click tracking without a developer. Another great value is the retro tracking - Pendo tracks every button and area prior to the user tagging that information, therefore you never lose data upon initial setup. Another reason I love Pendo is because of target messaging. This allows me to target research surveys to specific user behaviors and attributes.

"Daily user of Pendo, finds it easy to use"

What do you like best about Pendo? We use Pendo to collect feedback from our customers, and then share it with our teams. Pendo has made this process easy to do and much more efficient then our previous way of doing it. The time I personally spend collecting this feedback has decreased noticeably since using Pendo

"Love it. Excited for where it goes."

What do you like best about Pendo? It is easy to get excited with any one component (product analytics, messaging, feedback collection, etc). But the value is truly in the integration of them all.

"Intuitive Product "

What do you like best about Pendo? The design of the product is really intuitive. It took my Customer Success team less than a week to start using the system and feel confident navigating around. We really love how easy it is to send guides. Before we were using intercom to communication product updates but it isn't as effective as pendo guides.
