"I get only the analytics I need and can communicate new features like never before. "

What do you like best about Pendo? We have used Pendo to track analytics and communicate new releases. Analytics tracking and tagging are super easy to do. I like that I can see exactly what button click will trigger a click so now I can accurately communicate to my team what the user is doing.

What do you like best about Pendo? Onboarding typically isn't something most startups would like to dedicate a lot of resources to. With Pendo having the flexibility to test multiple ideas rapidly and analyze user data has been a huge improvement. Before this, the product team mostly had to stick with an initial idea for onboarding regardless of how it performed, but now we get to test ideas much more frequently.

"Pendo makes it easy to discover (and improve) how people use our software"

What do you like best about Pendo? As a startup, we're still learning some of the actions that predict customer retention. With Pendo, it's easy to retroactively define new funnels and new views as we analyze whether one part of the customer experience is critical or less important. That's because Pendo tracks everything without a ton of pre-planning.

What do you like best about Pendo? For us, Pendo has proven to be a huge resource for measuring product adoption. It's an easy way for us to capture product data and segment it by user or account. We've given our CS team access to track their own accounts but also push Pendo data into other platforms like Domo and Salesforce.
