What do you like best about Pendo? We have used Pendo to track analytics and communicate new releases. Analytics tracking and tagging are super easy to do. I like that I can see exactly what button click will trigger a click so now I can accurately communicate to my team what the user is doing.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the fact that our user adoption, tutorials and the support menus are not linked or dependent on our development cycles. We can quickly adapt and make changes to the help screens as out software change. This keeps the content current. I also love the reporting and find it quite useful to report the user stats.
