What do you like best about Pendo? As someone who is comfortable with HTML and CSS, I absolutely love that Pendo gives users complete access to customize the look and feel of modals and tooltips without a developer required! The typical process to to add a contextual modal, tooltip of walkthrough to a product requires a significant amount of development resources and planning. What do you like best about Pendo? I love the fact that Pendo has so much to offer in terms of seeing and understanding our users behaviour. I'm a big fan of Pendo's paths feature and their guides. The ability to create your own dashboard according to your own needs is pretty neat too.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the product analytics because they show us how features are performing at a glance without having to distract my dev team for usage data. We also heavily use the "guides" functionality for product marketing and behavior-based messaging to end users. What do you like best about Pendo? We didn't use to have any decent product analytics and since implementing Pendo, we now know exactly who our users and customers are and what they're doing in our applications. That, in combination with product NPS, is critical information from a product management perspective.

"Instant-on analytics and onboarding"
What do you like best about Pendo? The fact that we were able to get really detailed product analytics without anyone adding more than a javascript snippet is amazing. Also, the fact that we can add or remove features and pages from the system at any point (and not have to plan for what we may want to know). Lastly, we're now able to easily create on-brand onboarding resources and feature announcements.

What do you like best about Pendo? It allows me to use the tool for customer success to see if a user tool any actions on a specific page to get an idea of what they did. It also gives us insight as to what are the most popular features.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being an analyst. I personally like the ability to pull data via APIs but for my colleagues, the charts are mostly intuitive. You can build addition segments to analyze.
