"Slow to get started"

What do you like best about Pendo? So far, I've been using Pendo mostly for release notes/announcements, which has been a great replacement to a word doc that we were emailing individual clients.

What do you like best about Pendo? Having analytics and guides together - I can find the problem from analytics and come up with a quick and easy solution using Pendo guides, that's smart - makes my clients happy. Min. to no dependency on development teams makes my life as a designer super easy. No dependency on devops or release cycle makes the go-live simple and quick. I can see results

What do you like best about Pendo? I like how Pendo can be used by a wide range of individuals within our organization to address a wide range of needs. We are currently looking to automate the onboarding process and Pendo will be very important for that.

What do you like best about Pendo? The ability to provide immediate user notifications is wonderful. We have times that issues or disconnects can happen between third parties we work with and we are able to quickly provide that information to our customers which eliminates a majority of the support calls we would typically receive on those issues. It's been a wonderful addition to our product!

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo allows our company to be proactive in the way we notified users of new features. We have always had a status page that displayed the most recent patch notes but nothing that was 100% in front of the customer after a release.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like being able to see where my customers go and what features they are using. It allows me to target the low hanging fruit and provide easy value add to large segments.

What do you like best about Pendo? The fact that feature tags work retroactively are my absolute favorite part of Pendo. I'm constantly amazed at how easy it is to track product adoption!
