What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo provides a "no code" approach to tracking analytics on a web application and that ability is key. After an initial very minimal amount of software development, our product team can get historical analytics on our application.

Sometimes emails, phone calls, and in-person visits aren't the best methods for communicating to our customers, so I love the ability to talk them from right inside of our product without having to get our Development Team involved, as well as having control over the specifics of guide targeting, like who/when/how often they appear.
