What do you like best about Pendo? It is simple to use, intuitive, creative, and your support team is always friendly and fast. What do you dislike about Pendo?

What do you like best about Pendo? The fact that, without adding more than one javascript snippet, we got really detailed product analyses is wonderful. Also, the risk of adding or removing device functionality and pages at any point and not anticipating what we may want to know. Finally, on-boarding resources and feature notifications can now be easily developed for the brand.

What do you like best about Pendo? I love that Pendo has so much to give to see and appreciate the actions of our clients. I am a great fan of the feature and the guides of Pendo Paths. The ability to create your own dashboard for your own specifications is also very cool.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like to see you add trackings to your site once and later, as you identify what you care about, "Tag" parts of your application. It's changing the game. With web analytics applications, this has always been a problem.

What do you like best about Pendo? Within our code, we don't track user metrics so user metrics from Pendo have been changing the game. Now we can take better decisions based on data. We often use Guides to introduce new features or to instruct users within challenges.

What do you like best about Pendo? Very easy to push out communications via Pendo. Our other channels require advance planning but Pendo allows us to quickly publish in-product messaging and we're also able to do more A/B testing with our messaging. We're also able to create in-product education without relying on our engineers.
