"Love Pendo!"
What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to start tracking something you weren't tracking previously and have data populated retroactively in a very timely manner. It's amazing that I don't need engineering's help to track feature usage and can manage it all on my own. Setup was so easy too. I'm also so thrilled to start using Pendo Feedback. I'm the only Product Manager and collecting/organizing/storing feedback has been quite a challenge to date.

"Useful to track analytics, put guides on a page without a developer, and more"
What do you like best about Pendo? I like the ability to add things to pages without the need for a product release. If there is an issue, we can quickly make a lightbox guide to tell the user something isn't working, or to give them an alternate route. It is also very helpful for understanding what our user are doing in our pages, who the most frequent users are, and the order in which steps are completed in a workflow.

"Best product analytics of my career"
What do you like best about Pendo? I taught myself how to use Pendo with ease (very intuitive and great guides online). I love how Pendo allows me to be so independent with my analytics needs. I don't have to consult engineers to do expensive analytics sprint work, I don't have to talk to business analysts or data scientists to pull numbers and build reports. If I have a question, I can investigate on my own to find the answers.

What do you like best about Pendo? Data on who's using what features, we use Pendo to validate features that we are going to be working on/improving. We also use pendo to notify our clients that a release has been deployed and link them to the release notes to learn more.
